Nullout.Exe is being provided to reformat data files (*.dbl) created 
with versions of dbLite prior to 1.2m.  If you begin printing an 
address book and notice that the borders are not positioned properly 
in some records, stop the print, run nullout on the file:

          C:>\[your directory]\NULLOUT
          when asked, enter the filename to be converted
          i.e.: ADDRESS.DBL (DO specify the extension)

Nullout removes nulls, ASCII 00, and replaces them with spaces, ASCII 20.
